Support Coverage 2025: Christmas & New Year Office Closures

As you may know, each year we close over the holiday period to allow the team to recharge and spend time with their loved ones. 

Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 and will reopen on Friday 2nd January 2026 at 9am. 

Releases/code changes/changes to live sites will be on hold from Wednesday, 18th December 2025 – Monday 6th January 2025.

For our managed support clients, we will operate an emergency support service for critical emergencies only.

This email will be monitored by key members of the operational team who will respond promptly to your issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it, as per your service agreement.
