UX and UI design

Getting to know our clients and understand their audiences so that we can design WordPress experiences that deliver, keep customers loyal and look great. Research, data, collaborating, testing and feedback informs great UX and enables beautiful UI.

Harder working UX

Blending functionality with the look and feel, we apply design principles, best practices, and a creative eye to design good-looking websites and user interfaces that resonate with your audience.

Good looking, too

Blending functionality with the look and feel, we apply design principles, best practices, and a creative eye to design good-looking websites and user interfaces that resonate with your audience.

No surprises here

Our process includes discovery, mood boards, wireframing, concepts, and prototyping. We run workshops with you and your stakeholders and use collaborative design tools to ensure you’re with us all the way. Whether we’re working with your existing branding, in-house design teams, or creating something new there are never any surprises.

Functional design

We consider the functionality behind the designs, is there a better way to do this? Interactive? Dynamic? We don’t just focus on the best paths, we look at the exceptions and consider what might go wrong along the way.

Elementary design

  1. Inclusive by design
Accessibility cannot be an afterthought. The whole team is versed in modern web accessibility and so this is baked in from the very beginning during the IA, UX and design phases. We aim for WCAG AA as standard.
  2. For every platform
A successful and adaptable user experience on both mobile and desktop, gigabit fibre or tethered on the beach.
  3. Data-driven
We use data-driven insights to inform the design and user experience of the websites we build. Our toolbox includes user analytics, heatmaps, A/B, user feedback and usability testing.
